WHO IS TICKET THRILL?

Ticket Thrill is where fans buy tickets who want to experience a thrill in life! Our network of ticket vendors helps us provide our customers with the best selection of tickets to events across the globe. If you don't see an event with the tickets you want, email us and we'll get them for you!  

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU LIST YOUR TICKETS IN?

The local currency of where the event is taking place is the currency the tickets are listed in.

WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?

Yes, a 100% refund minus any processing fees.

HOW ARE MY TICKETS DELIVERED?

Tickets are delivered electronically via email or transferred to the email address on your account. If the event is considered high profile or a rarity (i.e. The Olympics), tickets will be mailed to you via express mail. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT IS POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED?

On most occasions, the tickets for the original date will still be valid for the rescheduled event. Do not throw them out. If the venue prints new tickets, you will be notified by Ticket Thrill. To be fair to our sellers and per our User Agreement, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for postponed or rescheduled events. If you can no longer attend the event, we will provide you a list of affiliates to sell your tickets with.

WHAT IS THE THRILL GUARANTEE?

Ticket Thrill guarantees the following:

  • Your tickets will be authentic and valid for entry

  • You will receive your tickets on time and before the event

  • If the event is cancelled, you will receive a 100% refund on your tickets minus processing fees

  • In the event of an emergency, we will work to replace your order with tickets of equal or better quality

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Per Ticket Thrills user agreement, all sales are final. We need to be fair to all parties involved; and we are unable to cancel or exchange tickets on any order. If you cannot attend the event you purchased tickets to for any reason, you can list your tickets with our affiliate sites provided upon request. 

CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS OR ADD MORE TO MY CURRENT ORDER?

We are unable to exchange or add tickets to current orders.
